Job Description
Silicon Box in Singapore is seeking a Packaging Designer responsible for product and tooling design. The ideal candidate will work on generating, updating, and revising electrical routing layouts, test vehicle designs, and related PCB designs while documenting all revisions. A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with familiarity with design guidelines and experience with Cadence APD and other design software tools.
Candidate should also have hands-on skills in design tools like AutoCAD and CAM350, as well as knowledge of PCB test board design.
