Job Description
The Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading process engineering teams supporting Diffusion , Wet Etch , and CMP modules in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, stable, and capable processes that meet yield, quality, cost, and cycle-time targets, while enabling technology transfers and continuous process improvements.
Own end-to-end process health, performance, and roadmap for Diffusion, Wet Etch, and CMP modules
Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for process excursions and yield loss events
Partner with Equipment Engineering to define tool qualifications, process windows, and hardware improvements
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians
Set clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans
Build technical depth and succession planning within the process engineering organization
