Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified boilermakers and panel beaters with vehicle body repairs.
- Remove, repair, reshape, and replace damaged metal panels and body components.
- Cut, grind, drill, bend, and fabricate metal parts using workshop equipment.
- Perform basic welding (MIG, TIG, spot welding, or ARC where trained and authorised).
- Straighten damaged vehicle frames, panels, and structural components using approved repair methods.
- Fit replacement panels, brackets, and fabricated components.
