4-Month Contract with a local authority Summary This role involves managing and coordinating Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The position is crucial in ensuring that these individuals receive appropriate, high-quality provision that meets their holistic needs and supports positive outcomes. The role emphasises a person-centered, collaborative approach with families, schools, and partner agencies. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND, serving as the primary contact for families, schools, and professionals.
