An established specialist provision within a respected multi-school trust is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team.
The school supports pupils with:
- SEMH needs
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Associated behavioural challenges
Duties Include:
- Supporting learning within small class settings
- Providing 1:1 intervention and emotional support
- Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
- Assisting with behaviour and sensory regulation
- Supporting teachers with differentiated activities
- Building positive relationships with pupils and families
The ideal applicant will:
- Have previous SEN or youth support experience
- Be resilient, patient and adaptable
