SEN LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

30 hours per week - term time only plus 5 additional days

Fixed Term Contract starting Sept 2026 to July 2027 subject to Local Authority funding

BANES Grade 3 Point 5 - 7 (£17821 - £18393 per annum actual salary)

Required for September 2026, a SEN Learning Support Assistant (SEN experience desirable) to join the SEND team, providing specialist in-class and group support for identified students on the SEND register.

Having achieved another record-breaking set of results in summer 2025, and following on from our

Ofsted visit in May 2024 where we were judged as a strong ‘Good’ in all areas, Buckler’s Mead Academy is
