Job Description
Smile Education are recruiting for an SEN Teaching assistant to work in a Primary school in worcestershire. The school is rated ‘good’ in their latest Ofsted inspection and has a strong and welcoming atmosphere within the staff team.
The SEN teaching assistant role would be working full time working Monday to Friday 8:30 to 3:30, this role would be starting immediately after half term and going into the new academic year.
The Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Have a sole focus on working 1:1 Basis.
Develop and concentrate on building a relationship with the child, staff and family members.
Constant and consistent communication with the class teacher, regarding progress and potential methods of work.
