Salary: M1–M6 (£32,916 – £45,352 per annum, dependent on skills and experience) plus a £2,000 annual leadership allowance

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring SEN Science Lead to drive excellence in Science education and shape an engaging, inclusive curriculum for learners with additional needs.

Working with young people aged 7–19 who may face barriers to learning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalised educational pathways that help learners re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
