We’re working with a welcoming specialist setting looking for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You’ll be helping create a calm, structured environment where every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping with routines, learning, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Creating a positive, nurturing classroom space
What we’re looking for
- Experience with SEND, or a genuine passion to learn
- A calm, patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
