SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs in schools across Cornwall and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on students’ learning, development, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Provide 1:1 or small group support
* Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
* Support students’ emotional and social development
