SEN Teaching Assistant


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to support in a Secondary SEN setting in South Liverpool.


This is a school supporting students with ASC, PMLD, complex learning needs and SEMH. This is a full time role for September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD. Training will be provided

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and outside agents to implement individual learning plans

  • Promote a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment

  • Experience working with children is essential

  • Previous experience supporting in a school setting or similar
