Stanville Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, skilled and compassionate SENCO, and Inclusion Lead to lead and develop outstanding provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This is a key strategic role that will contribute to the continued development of our school and help us secure the best possible outcomes for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of SEND and inclusion provision, ensuring high-quality, personalised support for all pupils to ensure high outcomes.
- Ensure statutory requirements are met including having secure knowledge of the inclusion school inspection toolkit.
- Provide professional guidance and coaching to staff, embedding inclusive practice and raising aspirations across the school.
