The Role
As SENCO, you will take strategic responsibility for SEND provision across the school. You will ensure that students with additional needs receive high-quality, targeted support and that statutory requirements are fully met.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the school’s SEND strategy
Coordinating EHCPs and individual support plans
