This role is ideal if you’ve got a background in:
- Psychology / Criminology / Sociology
- Coaching or mentoring

- Or you’re simply someone who wants to make a difference
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping students stay focused and engaged
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
