We’re working with supportive schools looking for a SEND Teacher to work with pupils who need a more personalised, understanding approach to learning. You’ll be teaching children with additional needs, including autism, and helping them build confidence, independence, and trust in education.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience with SEND, especially autism (or a strong interest in developing this)
- Is patient, adaptable, and genuinely caring
- Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Brings creativity and flexibility into the classroom
