Role: Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with autism? We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and exceptionally welcoming school in Rugby, working with both primary and secondary-aged students.
What the Role Involves:
Supporting pupils with autism in class and small group settings.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, tailored lessons.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social development.
Building strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families.

Has experience working with children and young people, ideally with autism.
