-Is resilient and energetic to work with Young People?
-Can stick to boundaries and ensure young people understand society when they leave?
Qualities the school are looking for:
Previous Teaching Assistant experience (not essential)
Understanding strong behaviour management through either personal or professional roles
Passionate about making a difference to some of the most vulnerable children
A team player with a sense of humour
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle as you may be asked to go out and about with pupils.
