Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Birmingham. We have flexible opportunities available for daily supply, short-term cover, and long-term placements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them thrive both academically and socially within a nurturing school environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom routines
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
Supporting children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning needs
