Role Overview
Sendco – Inclusion Leadership is a full‑time education sector role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is for an experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator who can lead inclusive education provision, support students of determination, manage IEP development, and guide teachers in delivering effective support strategies.
Salary: 14,000 – 22,000 AED per month (market estimated). The role requires a UAE‑based learner and a strong leadership ability, UAE inclusion knowledge, and experience working with students with special educational needs in a mainstream school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification of students with special educational needs and disabilities through observation, teacher feedback, screening, and formal assessments.
- Coordinate assessments for learning difficulties, disabilities, and developmental needs in collaboration with external specialists.
