**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Create high-fidelity 3D props in a realistic style, maintaining consistency with the overall visual direction.
- Model, UV, texture, and implement assets in Unreal Engine using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer).
