Job Description
To independently manage and operate a 5-axis CNC woodworking machine, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and oversee 5-axis CNC machines
- Interpret technical drawings and translate them into machining processes
- Perform machine programming and adjustments where required
- Ensure high precision and quality standards are consistently met
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues
- Optimize machine performance and workflow
- Train and guide junior operators
- Conduct routine machine maintenance checks
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years CNC operating experience
- At least 2 years experience on 3-axis CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
