At JPA Health, the Account Director / Senior Account Director is a key client lead responsible for overseeing multi-faceted healthcare accounts that deliver meaningful business impact. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to innovation, with the ability to adapt to evolving market and technological trends.
This is a hands‑on position, working closely with both senior leadership and junior team members. In addition to client responsibilities, you will play an active role in shaping and championing our agency culture.
