Job Description
The Senior Account Director leads Kijamii’s UAE client business across both retainers and campaign-based work, owning client relationships, commercial performance, and delivery quality.
This role is responsible for growing existing business, supporting new business efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination across Kijamii’s integrated regional teams to deliver high-quality, effective work.
The position is hands‑on and requires a strong balance between client leadership, commercial ownership, and operational execution.
