Job Description
Senior Account Executive (Full Set Accounts)
Handle full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) & Bank Reconciliation.
Handle and ensure compliance with e-invoicing and SST .
Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports in accordance with statutory compliance and accounting standards requirements.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
Coordinate with auditor, company secretary, tax agents, banks and regulatory authorities.
Perform the processing and maintenance of payroll system .
Assist with budgeting, cost analysis and financial planning.
Review and improve accounting workflows, SOPs and internal controls.
Support General Administrative and Operational matters, when required.
