- Account Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for Clients on daily project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Support the Account Manager (AM) in managing client expectations and delivering timely updates.
- Help identify client needs and proactively escalate challenges or opportunities to senior team members.
- Maintain professional and positive client relationships; join client meetings and entertainment activities when required.
- 3rd Party Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, production houses, and other vendors to ensure quality and on-time deliverables.
- Monitor progress and flag issues to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
