Job Description
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Handle full-set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for review.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Project & Revenue Accounting (IT SI Environment)
- Monitor project costing, revenue recognition (progressive billing/milestone billing), and margin tracking.
- Reconcile project revenue against contracts, DOs, invoices, and completion status.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure billing accuracy and cost allocation.
Accounts Receivable & Payable Oversight
- Review AR aging and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Verify supplier invoices against PO and project documentation.
- Oversee payment schedules and cash flow planning.
