A fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to develop a strategy and manage a major account for our client, a leader in their sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive account management.
- Maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively seek to increase services offered and revenue generated to meet individual and team targets.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to agree operational efficiency targets and business objectives.
- Understand the financial status of the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop processes to forecast upcoming workloads accurately.
