Role Overview
We are seeking a senior‑level Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
You will manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This role requires professionalism, strong stakeholder management skills, and confidence communicating with U.S.-based executives and decision makers during ET hours.
