Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working day: Mon - Fri (8:30 - 5:30)
Salary: RM5,000 - RM7,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bookkeeping and month-end/year-end account closing.
- Prepare accounting reports and analyze financial data to summarize financial status.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
- Support financial forecasting activities.
- Assist with tax audits and prepare tax returns.
- Liaise with external auditors, the company secretary, and tax agents.
- Process payments, including salaries, claims, and other disbursements.
