For Amazon Global Logistics approved OP2 3 questions: Why is this role required? - The L5 Sales Rep who partner with Amazon Sellers to provide international logistics services through Amazon global network. Why can’t this role be temporarily assigned to someone else? - This role request at least 5 years' experience in the area of Logistics, Freight Forwarding or ocean carrier/air liner, strong communication skill, strong interpersonal skill, influence skills. This role request demonstrated capability to quickly develop account strategy and propose value proposition to customers for buy off, interpersonal skill and development of account strategy. What would you have to stop doing if this candidate does not start? - We have to focus on existing sellers growth instead of new seller on board recruitment. These activities missing will result in sales KPI and OP2 target failure.
