The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role sits at the core of the group finance function. You will own the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across a multi-entity structure, while partnering closely with senior management, sales, and operations to drive better business decisions. The role exists to ensure both technical capability and commercial insight across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely preparation of month-end results, management reports, and board pack contributions
- Prepare annual financial statements for group entities in compliance with IFRS
- Partner with the business on annual budgets and monthly forecasts, including variance commentary
- Maintain and review inventory master costing, including updates into the ERP
- Manage group tax compliance across income tax, GST, and FBT, supported by external advisors
