Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Senior Accountant will take ownership of the full accounting function, managing accounts up to Trial Balance and Management Accounts, within a business comprising a diverse portfolio of investment interests. The primary focus of the role will be the financial management of a newly acquired commercial property based in Cape Town. Prior experience in the legal or property sector will be highly advantageous POSITION INFO: Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments
Perform all balance sheet reconciliations
Debtors, Creditors
Costing and purchase reports
Trial balance
Management Accounts
Reconcile tenant accounts
