SUMMARY:
Join a growing business in a handsâon Senior Accountant role with strong exposure to property finance. This position offers a mix of core accounting and commercial property portfolio management. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys ownership, variety, and working in a dynamic environment. POSITION INFO: Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance
Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
Perform full balance sheet reconciliations including bank, creditors, and debtors
Process journals, accruals, and prepayments
Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across operations
Assist with yearâend reporting and liaise with external auditors
Manage rental income schedules and tenant billing processes
Monitor lease agreements, escalations, and recoveries (rates, utilities, etc.)
Reconcile tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balances...
