As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper) – Responsibilities
- Reconcile data from third‑party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit‑card statements in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile and review sales data.
- Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using third‑party applications.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Review payroll time entries and process payroll.
- Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA.
- Prepare T4 returns.
- Set up client files, assist with budgets and other cloud‑bookkeeping work.
