Deliver a high-performance, customer-centered culture for Customer Account Services (CAS) - Accounts Receivable processes while supporting the Team Lead with operational and ad-hoc activities Manage debt collection activities for assigned Australia and New Zealand market portfolios within the APAC region Follow up on overdue balances and collection activities to ensure timely payments and healthy cash flow Advise on payment allocation and support resolution of payment discrepancies Act as the key contact for customers to resolve disputes, claims, deductions, and payment issues Release customer orders in line with company policies and credit limit utilization guidelines Prepare and distribute weekly aging reports and debtor reporting ...
