Job Overview
Responsible for managing the full accounting function for the building/construction business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversight and monitoring of project budgets and cost tracking
- Reconciliation of costs, claims, and progress payments
- Payroll processing
- BAS preparation and reporting
- Cashflow management and forecasting
- Preparation of management and project performance reports
Systems Experience
- Xero (essential)
- Buildertrend (preferred – noting this system may change in the future)
Required Experience
- Solid accounting background with strong reporting capability
