Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong manufacturing background to join our finance team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of financial records using the Company’s accounting software.
- Preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flows, and other accounting schedules and reports required for month end closing.
- Analysis of accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions recorded for month end reporting to management.
- Performance of payable tasks such as ageing analysis, encoding of suppliers invoices, processing of payments, corresponding to suppliers, and releasing of cheques.
- Performance of receivables tasks such as preparation and recording of invoices, reconciliation of debtors’ accounts, ageing analysis and follow up of payments.
