Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant of the North American Region for our client in Houston, TX (near Galleria). Responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and internal controls for the North America Marketing & Logistics (NAML) region. Supports month-end close, compliance (SOX), and provides financial analysis to guide business decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring judgment in complex accounting scenarios.
Direct hire, full time opportunity
8:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F (flexibility on start and end time)

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting (30%)
- Manage journal entries, GL, and account reconciliations
- Lead month-end close across key areas (cash, freight, SG&A, leases, payroll, intercompany)
