+8 A Senior Accountant oversees day-to-day financial operations, maintains the general ledger, and ensures financial statements are accurate and compliant. They lead month- and year-end closing processes, prepare variance analyses, support internal and external audits, and often guide junior accounting staff.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze budget-to-actual results and produce variance reports to advise management on financial performance.General Ledger & Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile complex balance sheets, bank accounts, and sub-ledger accounts.
