**Jefferson Wells** is seeking a **Senior Accountant** for one of our clients in Naples, Florida. This is a contract position with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. Our client is a good company to work for with a great culture. The pay rate range is $35/HR - $45/HR depending on level of experience.
**Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: **
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
+ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
+ Analyze transactions and prepare reports.
+ Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments.
+ Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.
+ Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
+ Participate in budgeting processes.
+ Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial status.
