Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review journal entries for complex transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, lease modifications, loan payoffs) in accordance with US GAAP, including recurring monthly and quarterly entries
· Support the quarter-end close and consolidation process, including preparation of 10-K and 10-Q disclosures
