Job Responsibilities
- Monthly bookkeeping review and support to bookkeepers
- Review and correcting monthly management accounts
- Review and management of accounting controls, procedures and systems
- Journals setup – monthly/recurring, journal adjustments
- Reconciling accounts and inter-group loans
- Client account support
- Compliance review and ensure compliance is done
- Technical and tax support
- Monthly and annual working papers
- Annual financial statements - Compilation and sign off
- Cash-flows and budgets prepared and reviewed with commentary submitted
- Tax planning, provisional tax planning, review of group taxes and tax efficiency
- Business structures consulting, review, planning, and implementation, requiring very good knowledge of:
- Taxes – business, individual, VAT, estate, payroll, trusts
- Business structuring (entity types, best practices, and case use)...
