Descripción y detalle de las actividadesReporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions ensuring legal reporting compliance and other accounting duties and functions across several divisions of the corporation.
**Responsibilities**:- Participate in monthly GL closing and reporting for Maquila operations.
- Preparation of monthly sales and property tax filings- Manage monthly VAT filing and reclaim process.
- Preparation of monthly accounting reports for Mexican Tax Authority.
- Preparation and submission of all Mexican financial electronic reporting.
- Reconciliation of applicable general ledger accounts.
- Performing all assigned functions in such a way that quality customer service is maximized.
