Responsibilities
- Direct communication with clients to resolve accounting and tax issues
- Responsible to compile and produce financial statements
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Prepare corporate tax returns for a number of investment companies
- Preparation of Notice-to-Readers
- Assurance work
- Supervising staff
Job Requirements
- CPA Designation
- 3+ years of Canadian public accounting experience
- Strong accounting experience
- Strong corporate tax knowledge is a must
- Well organized with ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience with TaxPrep, CaseWare, Caseview
