We need a trusted senior operator to own the operational backbone of Finance: full accounting cycle across 5 entities (CH, UK, FR, US, ES), payroll, payment cycles, reporting, and controlling, automated end-to-end with AI and modern tooling.
Reports directly to the CEO. This is a delegation hire: leadership stops worrying about Finance once you're in the seat. We move fast and expect the same with precision without bureaucracy.
Key responsibilities
- Accounting Ownership: Full cycle with journals, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close. Mentor the Operations Assistant on AP/AR.
