A specialist engineering services company supporting high-tech manufacturing industries is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join their growing Singapore finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands‑on role suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, is comfortable with project‑based accounting, and wants to grow within a technically complex, regionally active business.
Respomsibilities:- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping including vendor and client invoicing, bank reconciliations, and manage banking matters as required
- Prepare management reports, project P&L, cash flow forecasts, and annual budgets
- Liaise with tax agents and handle GST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings and payments across relevant jurisdictions
- Ensure all reports comply with Group policies, applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
