Responsibilities
- Review and report on Credit Control matters
- Supervise the Technical / Billings and Credit Control team
- Ensure the Department's SOPs and other processes are being adhered to
- Coordinate with the Underwriting and Claims Departments to ensure data (from underwriting / business register and claims report) entered into the Combined Business Analysis (CBA) is complete and accurate and maintain the data in the CBA
- Ensure proper data flow from the CBA to the Debit Notes / Credit Notes (DN/CN) Register and ensure the data in the DN/CN Register is complete and accurate
- Supervise data entry from the DN/CN Register to the Accounting System (Autocount / UBS) by the Billings and Credit Control Team
