Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large actuarial team, ensuring high performance across diverse personalities and experience levels
- Oversee delivery of Life Insurance actuarial work (valuations, reporting, capital and regulatory projects)
- Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timelines and commercial objectives are met
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to business development and client relationships
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:
- FASSA qualification (essential)
Experience:
- 8‑10 years’ actuarial experience, predominantly within Life Insurance
- Proven experience in a consulting environment
- Demonstrated capability managing large teams and senior stakeholders
