About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Executive to provide comprehensive secretariat, administrative, and logistical support to a department and its senior leadership.
What You Will Do Secretariat & Administrative Support- Provide full secretariat support including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes writing, material collation, and follow-up tracking
- Make travel arrangements and verify travel invoices, claims, and reimbursements
- Assist with requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Cover PA duties for the Executive Director and Director when required
- Coordinate and organise events, meetings, and engagements across physical and virtual platforms
- Manage venue arrangements, logistics, and all supporting materials for internal and external engagements
