The role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Material Logistics Management and the incoming General Manager. This position serves as a central coordination point for department leadership and approximately 600 employees. The role combines traditional executive administrative duties with suite management, travel and expense oversight, communications support, and event coordination.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to support day-to-day needs and department-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
